The Pensato olive grove is nestled in the gently sloping Apulian hills. The Peranzana olive is known as a juicy olive with a firm pulp containing oil of a particularly high quality. Handpicked and cold pressed in granite mills.

Harvested by hand at the peak of flavor, the Peranzana olives are then cold pressed with the famous Gargano lemons in the traditional granite mills. This process captures the full essence of the citrus and guarantees a delicate taste.
